Refund and Return Policy for Murtiwala Private Limited

1. General Policy

Murtiwala Private Limited specializes in creating custom-made, delicate figurines and murtis. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we adopt a conservative approach to refunds and returns to ensure the sustainability of our craft.

2. Custom Orders and Advance Payments

  • Non-Refundable Advance: Once an order is placed and the advance payment is made, it is non-refundable under any circumstances. This policy is in place to cover the costs of materials and labor invested in creating your custom figurine.
  • Cancellation of Order: Orders cannot be canceled or modified once the advance payment is received. We start the crafting process immediately upon receipt of the advance, and changes cannot be accommodated.

3. Quality Assurance and Acceptance

  • Quality Assurance: We ensure that all figurines are crafted with the utmost care and precision. However, due to the handmade nature of our items, slight variations and imperfections may occur, which are not considered defects but part of the uniqueness of each piece.
  • Acceptance of Product: Upon completion of the figurine, you will have the opportunity to review the final product. If you are not satisfied with the figurine, you are not obligated to pay the remaining balance. However, the advance payment will be forfeited and non-refundable.

4. Delivery and Responsibility

  • Delivery: Our responsibility for the product ends at the point of delivery. We ensure that the figurine is securely packed to minimize any risk of damage during transit. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect the product upon delivery.
  • Damages During Delivery: If the figurine is damaged during delivery, you must notify us immediately at the time of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assess the damage and, at our discretion, either repair the item or provide a partial refund.
  • Post-Delivery Damages: We are not responsible for any damages that occur after delivery, including during the installation process. It is the buyer’s responsibility to handle and install the figurine with care.

5. Return Policy

  • No Returns: Due to the custom and delicate nature of our products, we do not accept returns under any circumstances. All sales are final.

6. Dispute Resolution

  • Arbitration: Any disputes arising from the purchase and delivery of our products will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction, where Murtiwala Private Limited is registered, Jaipur District (Raj).
  • Governing Law: This policy is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Murtiwala Private Limited operates.
